7 Easy Steps toward Sculptng the Perfect Body in Just 7 Weeks

Plan Your Destination
You wouldn’t gas up the car, pack your bags for an exotic getaway, or even go to the grocery store without some type of plan. The same should be said for your fitness endeavors. Without a proposed destination, no matter how idealistic it maybe (ex. to have a body like J-Lo in 6weeks), you won’t know what you’re aiming for. Create a roadmap for your new short-term bodysculpting program. Sit down and make the time to develop an idea of what you want to look like.

Assess Your Inventory
What’s in your toolbox? What tools do you possess that will help you further your fitness goals? Good running shoes? Absorbent, cooling workout gear? A heart rate monitor? Bicycle? Jump rope? Weight lifting gloves? Shorts? Pedometer? Approach your fitness regimen the way that you would a new project at work –organize. Be prepared. You need to know what you have at your disposal well before you begin to execute your "get fit" strategy.

Assess Yourself
How fit are you? How much do you currently weigh? What are your measurements? Body fat levels, Blood Pressure, Pulse, Body temperature (yes...believe it or not temperature can be a resourceful fat burning indicator). This information is vital to you. Having fun while getting fit is essential to your success, and will lead to permanent weight loss. Have fun and live healthy!

What do You Enjoy Eating?
As we all know, dieting sucks! If you want your dieting plan to stick, you have to choose one that allows you to eat foods that you actually enjoy. Broccoli, asparagus and sauerkraut may help you shed unwanted fat, but if you hate the way that sauerkraut tastes, you’ll get tired of trying to choke it down. Pick a dieting plan that is reasonable for you. Otherwise, you will find yourself at the 7-11 at midnight on a Friday evening, picking up the nearest pint of Ben & Jerry’s.

Create a Comprehensive Training Program
What days do you have available to work out? How much time do you have on each of those days, where you can just focus on exercise? Organize your time –which exercises will you do on which days? Create a workout calendar. Structure each week with a specific training agenda. Create a weekly shopping list –select foods and ingredients that will help facilitate your weight loss goals. Always keep your goals consistent. Journal your program and your results –help yourself along the path to weight loss success!

Above All, Have Fun!
This is the most critical element of your 7-week bodysculpting program. Your time is valuable, so make it count. Do your research before beginning your journey –be ready to enjoy yourself, or your program will not last a full 7 weeks.
